    Request For Proposal (RFP), seeks proposals from community-based or other non-profit organizations and
    veterans' organizations to operate projects to benefit veterans and their dependents in two general areas of
    service.

    A. Individual Specific Assistance: Vietnam veterans who are experiencing family disruption due to the
    veteran's service-connected disability(s), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Agent Orange, or the
    lingering after-effects of his or her service in the Vietnam War. As well as other veterans and their
    dependents who have needs related to being disabled, homeless, or other chronic health conditions.

    B. Non-Profit Organizations that assist such veterans, their dependents as described above in the first
    paragraph. [Must Use the RFP - Request the RFP Form above on this Contact Page]

    C. The Texas State Council and/or Texas Chapters of Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc., with financial
    assistance when needed and applied for using  the RFP- Request the RFP  form
