Veterans

Assistance

Foundation of Texas, Inc. or any of its sub-domains

(referred to

hereinafter

a "Website").

By using any of these Websites, including, but not limited to purchasing goods

Websites, ("User" or "You") agree with VVAFT to

be bound by

these Terms and Conditions.

and Conditions

are subject to

change by the VVAFT at any time

at its discretion. Your

use of a Website after such

changes are

implemented

constitutes your acceptance of

the changes. Please consult these Terms

User has a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited, and revocable right to use

right, title, and interest in the Content, including, without limitation, all copyright and

consent of the VVAFT or

the applicable content provider, except that User may forward, post,

"The VVAFT Logo", "The VVA Logo” and “The AVVA Logo” are trademarks of

respective organizations. User shall not create abstracts from, scrape or display

User may not use any of the three organizations trademarks, logos or graphics without

express prior written consent of the respective organizaitons. Any User who

reprints or otherwise distributes any Content from a Website, in whole
