These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") shall govern the use
    of this website, VVAFT, and the sub-domains of VVA Texas State Council,
    and AVVA Texas State Council or any other websites maintained by Vietnam Veterans
    Assistance Foundation of Texas, Inc. or any of its sub-domains (referred to hereinafter
    collectively as the "Websites", and, individually, each
    a "Website").
    By using any of these Websites, including, but not limited to purchasing goods or
    services from any of the Websites, ("User" or "You") agree with VVAFT to  be bound by
    these Terms and Conditions.
    If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please exit the Website. These Terms
    and Conditions are subject to change by the VVAFT  at any time  at its discretion. Your
    use of a Website  after such changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of
    the changes. Please consult these Terms
    and Conditions regularly. These Terms and Conditions were last updated in June 2009.

Permitted Use.
    User has a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited, and revocable right to use the
    Websites solely for User's personal educational, informational, and entertainment use.
    User will not use the Websites for any other purpose, including, without limitation, any
    commercial purpose, without VVAFTs express prior written consent.
    For example, User will not authorize any other person to:
    (i) co-brand a Website or any portion thereof, or
    (ii) frame a Website or any portion thereof (whereby the Website or
    any portion thereof will appear on the same screen with a
    portion of another Website). "Co-branding" means to display a name,
    logo, trademark, or other means of attribution or identification of any
    party in such a manner reasonably likely to give a User the impression
    that such other party has the right to display, publish, or distribute a
    Website or content accessible within the Website (the "Content").
    User agrees to cooperate with the VVAFT in causing any unauthorized
    co-branding, framing or linking to immediately cease.

Proprietary Information.
User acknowledges and agrees that the Content is the proprietary information
of the VVAFT and its content providers, and the VVAFT and its content providers retain all
right, title, and interest in the Content, including, without limitation, all copyright and
trademark rights associated with the Content. Accordingly, User will not reproduce, reprint,
transmit, forward, publish, display, post, distribute or
otherwise provide access to such Content to any third party without the express written
consent of the VVAFT or the applicable content provider, except that User may forward, post,
reprint, download or copy a limited amount of Content solely
for User's personal or non-commercial use. In doing so, User will not modify the Content or
remove or alter, or cause to be removed or altered, any copyright, trademark, trade name,
service mark, or any other proprietary notice or legend appearing on any of the Content.
"The VVAFT Logo", "The VVA Logo”  and “The AVVA Logo” are trademarks of
the respective organizations. User shall not create abstracts from, scrape or display
headlines from any Content for use on another website or service.
User may not use any of the three organizations trademarks, logos or graphics without the  
express prior written consent of the respective organizaitons. Any User who forwards, posts,
reprints or otherwise distributes any Content from a Website, in whole or in part, does so at
such User's own risk and assumes full responsibility for any claims, demands, causes of
action, actions, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, and expenses (including, but not limited
to attorneys' fees and expenses) that may arise out of or result from such forwarding,
posting, reprinting or distributing.

    User will have access to a variety of sources of content through our links to the Internet.
    VVAFT has made no effort to verify the accuracy or suitability of any information
    contained in any such sources. Accordingly, VVAFT  will have no liability or responsibility
    whatsoever for any content contained within any such sources. User accesses, uses,
    and relies upon such content at User's own risk.
    User understands further that some websites on the Internet contains unedited
    materials, some of which are sexually explicit or may be offensive. User accesses such
    materials at User's risk. VVAFT has no control over and accepts no responsibility

    or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating
    or destructive properties. It is the sole responsibility of the User to have appropriate viral
    detection software in order to determine that e-mail, e-mail attachments or Website
    downloads from the VVAFT do not contain viruses. Each User is responsible for
    implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy User's particular

    external to the Website for the reconstruction of any lost data. The VVAFT does not

These Terms and Conditions, represent the entire understanding of the parties regarding the
use of the Websites and supersede any previous documents, correspondence,

to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be governed
by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its
choice of law rules, and, where applicable, the laws of the United States. To the extent

the State or Federal courts located, and User hereby consents to personal jurisdiction and
