VVA TSC 2007 "Newsletter of the Year" Award
The Texas Vietnam Veterans News Editor Jim W. Boyd presented the
award VVA Chapter 574 President Lucio Moreno. This is the 4th time
in 9 years that Chapter 574
has won this award.  The TVVN Editor has 3 school teachers grade the
chapter newsletters as if they were school homework & then awards
the best grade the Newsletter of the Year Award
